Somewhat camera shy but adorable Harper Perry sits on her Mom's lap to listen to Pastor Judy's children's story
Pastor Judy passed out beach balls on Ascension Sunday as she explained the meaning to the children.  They later tossed the balls into the pews for the congregation to share the fun!

We recently celebrated Ascension Sunday.  Pastor Judy explained to us the very powerful message that we will see our loved ones again in fellowship, because Jesus told us he would prepare a place for us and would come and get us on that day to be with him.  What a reunion that will be!

Pastor Judy, Blanche Fingar and Ron Sayler recently attended church conference in Syracuse.  They gave us a short report and brought back many blessings.

The month of June will be a busy one at Bluff Point Methodist Church.  Remember to bring toppings for the baked potato supper on June 14 at 6pm in the fellowship hall.  It will be a great time!

Fathers Day service is Sunday June 15 at 9a.  Make sure you have brought a picture of your Dad to church prior to then to honor him, whether here on earth, or in heaven.

Graduation Sunday and college scholarship Sunday follows on June 22.  We honor those graduating from pre-school, kindergarten, high school and college from our church.  We will give names of 2014 graduates from your family if you give those names to Pastor Judy.

For the many from our congregation helping at the Living Well especially with out enhanced hours and missions during the recent flood, a huge thank you.  Also our grateful appreciation to all who helped is by volunteering or by donations.  We have moved back to our Elm Street location, and transitioned back to our usual schedule.  If you can help- we always need volunteers- contact Terry Fingar.

School will be out soon for summer.  Be watchful of our young ones as they bike and play and scamper about in yards or near roadways.  We want everyone to stay safe enjoying this lovely summer weather!

We invite you to our little country church.  If you are vacationing and need a place to worship, or a resident or family looking for a church home, come and join us.  The welcome doors are open!
