We always enjoy the company of fellowship after church on Sundays

BPUMC Article by Joyce L. Wiedrich
We are now into the Lenten season, recently celebrating the first Sunday of Lent.  Pastor
Judy spoke to us about promises.  How many promises has God made?  Judy's sermon "God's Promise Not to Be Taken Lightly" showed us to trust all of God's promises, and the teachings of the Bible.  God keeps his promises-  look for the rainbow.  When we knock on God's door he will say, "Come in", and not "Who are you".

Remember to bring food items in for the Living Well.  We are always in need of cereal, peanut butter, pasta sauce, and canned vegetables.

It is hard to imagine that spring will be here in less than a month.  It was 50 degrees warmer this week in Juneau Alaska than in Bluff Point, NY.  We are looking forward to when the beautiful spring breezes come to greet us in our lake communities, as we plant our flowers and enjoy outdoor activities.

Bible study resumes 3/18 at 10:00 am at church.  Remember  to check out many Lenten opportunities in our church and our local Yates county churches during this season.
