The kids bring their pennies in every Sunday to support the backpack program, supporting Yates County children who might otherwise go without weekend meals.

Don't forget!  Pentecost Sunday is Sunday, May 24th.  Don't forget to wear red to church.  It also is Memorial Day weekend, a special time to remember our war dead and our loved ones who are now in their heavenly home.

We just celebrated Mothers' Day in our church.  Pastor Judy's sermon included a favorite story from columnist Erma Bombeck of why God created mothers.  This was filled with both reality and some humor of what it is like to multitask as a mother.

Dick Smith, Phil Pearce, and Joyce Wiedrich worked together on a sunny day to do the spring road clean-up of our 2-mile assigned stretch on 54-A for Adopt-A-Highway.  The roadway now looks quite neat and tidy!

Bible study continues Wednesdays at 10am- "Where is God when it Hurts".

Most of our snowbirds have returned!  Welcome home to the flock!

Please join us at 9a Sunday worship.  We welcome all visitors and anyone interested in worshiping at a small, friendly rural church.
