Pastor Judy blessed the children on World-wide communion Sunday, in front of a beautiful statue of Jesus with the children in his lap, given her by Kent Wilmott.

Don't forget- soup dinner at 6:30 on 10/16 at church.  Bring bread or dessert to share!  A fun time to enjoy fellowship!

We have a God who never leaves us, but sometimes it is hard.  Pastor Judy reflected on wars we have and evil deeds of some people.  The scripture lesson in Job showed how even though he was a righteous man, that he suffered, and still believed in God.  We must have a strong foundation to rebuild after the storm.  In tragedy, some get warning and some do not, reflecting on the recent school shootings in Oregon, and recent hurricanes.  Nothing can snatch us from God's love.

Condolences to Sheri and Norm  Hunt and family in the sudden passing of our sister in Christ, Doralee Castner.  We will miss her and her good ways intensely, but know she is in the arms of our Lord.

Remember Choir rehearsal 7pm Tuesdays.  Come join and sing with us!

Our Lancaster trip 11/11 and 12th is filled.  Contact Pastor Judy if you wish to be on the waiting list.

Fall is here- back to Bible study on Wednesdays at 10am.  All welcome.
