Pastor Judy White-Wunder preaches on her last Sunday as pastor of BPUMC, with Ron Salyer overlooking.  What a journey it has been!  We wish Judy and Art a long and happy retirement.  It is not goodbye, but see you again soon!

BPUMC Article by Joyce L. Wiedrich

Pastor Judy gave her last sermon at BPUMC to a packed congregation of members, family and friends, including to those she ministered to in prior congregations.  She also offered us individual communion in her gift of grace, with the help of her dear friend Babs Steinert and Michele Covert.  Pastor Judy has been an inspiration to us all, with her joyful spirit in teaching and living the word of the Lord.  She has organized dinners, numerous trips, movie nights and other church functions.  She has led us through times of trial, times of tears and times of joy.  She has brought our congregation together in accomplishing missions and tasks we never thought we could do.  Mostly she has been there for all of us, solidified us as a church family, and always has been our friend.  Well done, good and faithful servant.

On January 1st we will welcome Pastor Sandi Perl into our congregation as its new leader.  Many of us know Sandi from community activities and her work with many of us at The Living Well.  We know Sandi will continue with the work we are currently involved with, and continue to lead us forward.

Today marked the day that Jim and Hope Enslow joined our congregation.  They have been attending here since meeting our group on one of our Lancaster trips.  Welcome Jim and Hope!

17 people from our Bluff Point congregation participated in Penn Yan Christmas, "Christmas
for the Needy" at the Armory.  This local activity helped 800 people from Yates Christmas have a happy Christmas.

Wishing everyone a Happy and Healthy 2016 from our little country church at Bluff Point!
