Snacks and after-church socializing are always a great part of being a member of BPUMC- and Waneta makes wonderful snicker doodle and molasses cookies!  Waneta and Dick were servers this past Sunday.

Pastor Sandi's message this past Sunday was very powerful.  It was about healing, and how we come broken, where Jesus heals us.  Healing, however, does not always mean that we are cured.  She gave us the questions to ponder- "What does healing look like in your personal life?"   Also a thought about peace.  "Does it last a lifetime?"  It is sometimes hard to know this.

Sandi and the children entertained us with song and dance during kids time.  This week, the words were put up on the screen, since most of us did not know all of them the week before!

Souperbowl Sunday is February 7th.  Remember to bring your cans of soup to donate to the Keuka Food Pantry to put in the huge decorated can in the sanctuary!

Coming up- our fund raising community lasagna dinner on Saturday February 6th, from 4:30-6:30.  Adults $8.00, Children 5- 12- $5.00, under 5- free.  Come join us for warm comfort food and a nice social evening.

Come worship with us Sunday at
9am.  We are a welcoming country church with a heart.
