Our spring Adopt-a -highway gathering to tidy up our 2 mile stretch of roadway on state route 54-A will be on Wednesday May 25th.  We will be meeting at the church at 9am.  If anyone wishes to join our group, we appreciate the help.  Many hands make light work, and you will be helping beautify the roadways while getting a bit of exercise!

Movie night at BPUMC, complete with popcorn was 5/20.  The congregation gathered to watch the production of "Lion King, Jr." In which our own Emmaleigh Stempien was a star!

On Pentecost Sunday, Pastor Babs was with us to lead the service.  The scripture showed us how lives were changed as tongues of fire and wind were heard.  When we are in Christ, nothing can ever separate you from the living Lord.

Pastor Babs brought a toolbox to church, questioning the children about why we need certain tools, and wondering what tool should be used for which job.  Pastor Babs told the children how the church is God's toolbox.  He uses us for jobs to do in God's kingdom.  No matter how big or little we are, we all have jobs to help the Lord.

Our homework included to look at the gifts we have been given by God and how we use them to service of the church and the community.
