Our Mens' Choir added an uplifting beat to our Sunday Service with a jivey rendition of "Put Your Hand in the Hand"

Holiday time is soon upon us.  The Andersen family spearheaded our church efforts in collecting and walking in the Turkey Walk, which helps provide Thanksgiving and Christmas turkeys to local families.  Thanks Sonya, Ryan, Hayley, and Miley!  In addition our church is collecting for food for holiday meals for six local families.  Remember to sign up in church or contact Laurie Prinzivalli if you can help.  We are also collecting mittens, scarves and hats to be used at Yates County Christmas.

On Sunday November 13th several of us will be meeting at Clinton Crest Nursing Facility at 2:30 and then proceeding to the Manor, Homestead and Keuka Comfort Home to sing patriotic songs for the residents in honor of Veterans Day and Thanksgiving.  Come and join us!  The residents love hearing the familiar songs, and often join in!

The message today was given by Ron Salyer, on Stewardship.  It is that time of year when we need to plan our annual monitory commitment to our church.

Women are even busier with Prayer Shawls these days.  Our church is making these for the Living Well for its Hope program for cancer patients in addition to our regular church prayer shawl ministry program.  Donations of yarn, and anyone wishing to participate in knitting or crocheting are appreciated, especially since many of our regulars will soon be leaving for warmer climates.
