Breanna gives the children a lesson of the light of Jesus, using her carved little pumpkin.

Article by Joyce L. Wiedrich

October was Pastor appreciation month.  Pastor Sandi and Dave have a get-away weekend to enjoy sometime this year!

This Sunday was music Sunday.  We had selections from our adult choir, the men's choir, Aimee Perry, and Ron Miller.  Thanks to all who bring such wonderful music to our services.

Breanna Summers showed the children, using her carved pumpkin, how the the light from a lit pumpkin reminds us how our light can shine for others.

We are a collection site for the Shoebox ministries from November 13-20.  Sign up if you can help with these collection times.

Remember that we will be singing at local nursing homes on Sunday afternoon November 12.  This brings joy to our hearts as well as to local nursing home residents.  We will start out at Clinton Crest at 2:15 pm.

Sign up sheets for hour shifts at Tops on November 23rd 9a- 4p for our annual Bell Ringing to support "Yates County Christmas".  This is the primary fund raising for this needed program for our Yates County neighbors.  We often sing as we jungle those bells!

Seven weeks until Christmas.  Seems hard to believe we are nearing the holidays and 2018. Safe travels for our snowbirds who are leaving for warmer lands.
