Today Pastor Sandi discussed "Radical Hospitality".  We need to build a relationship with others, and with Jesus.  We need to always be aware.  Chris Wyant also related this to the children by telling them that we practice fire drills in school, knowing to be prepared, and to report out of place behaviors, but through it all-God keeps us safe.

Phil Pearce discussed the new AED we recently purchased, and will be in-service in March.  We also discussed the emergency church exits.

Remember, when someone smiles at you, it is a touch of healing and hospitality!

Thanks to John Prinzivalli and team for preparing a "Fat Tuesday " pancake dinner for us.  We also had an Ash Wednesday evening service at church, to commemorate the beginning of Lent. Thursday weekly Lenten Lunches begin at the Baptist Church in Penn Yan on 2/15.  Many from our congregation often participate and attend.

During this flu season we are collecting hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes for the schools.  We also are collecting pet food for Pet Partners.

It has been nice to have a few days of warmer weather this past week.  We are all looking forward to spring, and the start of Lent reminds us that Spring is on the way!
