Bruce Westerdahl sang a song that he wrote about Jesus on the Cross, with Ron Miller providing the musical accompaniment which he arranged.

On this Sunday after Easter, we studied scripture from Ephesians.  Fishing for both fish and people takes courage, faith and creativity.  Pastor Sandi showed how disciple-making is not easy, and takes Jesus.  Don’t be discouraged if your net is empty- just use a different position and try again!

We were blessed by the strong voice of Bruce Westerdahl this past Sunday, singing a song he wrote nearly 20 years ago, with music arranged by our own Ron Miller.  Thanks to both of them for a powerful song following our Easter season.

Thanks to Dick Smith and Keuka students did some yard clean-up around the church.

Thanks also to Deb Smith and our many sewing ladies and helpers who assembled over thirty dresses and pairs of shorts for Haiti.  This has become one of our important missions, and we gather several times a year to help the children in this impoverished country.

We will be gathering on Thursday May 9th at 9am for our two-mile road clean-up as part of the Adopt-a-Highway program on 54-A.  All help is appreciated.  We meet at the church for our supplies and a brief orientation before heading to the highway.  Many hands make light work!
