05-15-19 Article

Carol and Fremont are two of our recently returned snowbirds.  Welcome back snowbirds!

Article by Joyce L. Wiedrich

Thanks to all who supported the baked ziti dinner.  We depend on our fund raisers. Thanks John Prinzivalli and team for the hard work!  Thanks also to all who walked or supported the Hunger Walk.  The funds support many in Yates County.

Our study today was on Peter and John.  Jesus asked Simon Peter several times if he loved him, the answer was of course I do, Jesus. Jesus told Simon Peter many times to feed the sheep, and tend the flock.  Pastor Sandi asked us all how many times we have said to others “how many times do I have to tell you?”

We enjoyed brunch after communion and church service.  The first Sunday of the month is one where members bring a dish to share for coffee time.

Our snowbirds are beginning to return.  Welcome back to the fold.

Come join us at 9a Sundays.  We are handicapped accessible, have a hearing loop for ones needing those services, and have nursery and Sunday school for the kids.
